I can’t believe that I haven’t blogged since February, well actually I can because it has been such a wonderfully busy year! Sometimes I have to pinch myself as to how many weddings and events we get booked for, this year we have beaten last year and have captured a massive 62 weddings and events so far this year!

So, other than weddings, what have we been up to? We did some food photography for a major chain based all across the UK and most excitingly we got the opportunity to photograph celebrities such as Monica Galetti, Antony Costa and Jassette Amos to name but a few!

So, back in October we were booked to photograph the cast of Dunstable’s Cinderella Panto at The Old Palace Lodge Hotel for some PR for both the hotel and The Grove Theatre. I thought nothing of it and took it in my stride when I realised that there were a few famous faces in the cast of this truly amazing pantomime!

I arrived at The Old Palace Lodge Hotel to be greeted by Jamie the director from Those Magic Beans Pantomimes who was indeed full of beans and unpacking the amazingly detailed and flamboyant costumes – we talked through the brief and I was given pretty much free reign to do as I wished. We needed to create images which would help show off the wonderful hotel and also the cast of the panto in order to raise the profile of the superb show they are putting on a The Grove Theatre. We used hoovers, chez lounges, magic wands and a bubble bath!
