OK, not the greatest title ever – but we are going crazy in the office due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic that hit the UK in March 2020.

Since the UK’s lockdown, this meant that we had to stay at home to save our epic NHS healthcare system from being over run by the pandemic.

Since no weddings are currently taking place and us having to postpone our current weddings (all 21 of them so far) we decided to get creative and allow our little wedding ducks get hitched after being together for the last few years.

Mr and Mrs Duck love each other so much and have been inseparable since being packed in their transparent box just over two years ago!

It was a very safe wedding and they only left the actual house for their daily exercise but kept this to the garden, our photographer, Lewis, stayed the safe 2 metres away from them at all times – adhering to the social distancing guidelines.

It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and the ducks looked stunning. Mrs Duck had her make-up applied prior to her hair stylist fixing her veil.

Mrs Duck’s father looked dapper in his black tuxedo as he waddled his daughter down the aisle to the awaiting Mr Duck who looked amazing in his grey top hat.

The two were finally wed, they took to the pond for their first photo of them together, they looked perfect with their reflections in the beautiful still waters. The couple then moved to their reception venue (aka The Kitchen) where they shared some bubbly!

Finally the two awesome ducks shared their first dance together, hopefully you’ll see the love and beauty in the photos below.

Keep safe, keep smiling and remember, wash your hands, stay at home if you can and help save lives.

Lewis x
